We guarantee to refund any items that you are not completely satisfied with when the returned item in original condition and within 30 days of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment within 2-5 working days of receiving your return at divasathletic.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we accept exhange only if the item is damaged or defective,
The fastest way to exchange the same item is sending us an email: [email protected] after the approval of refund, we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned item.
We allow up to 30 days from day of order dispatch to request a return. After this time period our system will not allow a return.
Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this).
As soon as a return is received at our warehouse, we will automatically process the refund or replacement.
